SHIPPING

Norlha offers worldwide shipping through both SF Express and DHL, direct from our Atelier on the Tibetan Plateau to you. 

Because Norlha’s Atelier is located in the remote village of Ritoma, please allow at least two weeks for shipping.

Tracking notifications will be sent within 3-5 business days after your order placement. 

*Hats: Kindly note due to the dimensions of our hats, our current shipping carriers charge a higher fee when hats are included.

Kindly note:

  • Norlha ships to the shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Norlha is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
  • Norlha cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • Shipments returned to Norlha Textiles as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.
  • Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation.
  • Signature confirmation can be provided upon request.
  • Please note that all customs and duties will be paid by the customer. 



RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Holiday Special! Risk-free returns until December 30th. 

  • Product must be in original condition.
  • Norlha will reimburse original shipping and product costs. These costs will be reimbursed upon inspection of returned product. 
  • Customer is responsible for any customs cost. This cost may be recoverable by contacting your local customs office directly.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. To reduce this cost for customers, Norlha has set up regional return outlets in various global locations: 
    • Asia customers return shipping to Beijing, China.
    • USA customers return shipping to Seattle, Washington.
    • Europe customers return shipping to Paris, France. 
    • All other global customers may return shipping to closest location above.  

*Kindly note for the purposes of the special travel promotion, all purchases made with the TIBETAN2018 code can be exchanged however not returned.

ORDERS

Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Norlha Textiles, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Norlha Textiles reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

HANDLING, CLEANING, & CARE

Your Norlha scarf, blanket or throw is best dry cleaned, though if needed you can wash it by hand. Soak your product for ten minutes in cold water containing Woolite or shampoo. Squeeze out the excess water, but do not rub or wring. Hang in the shade to dry and iron gently with a steam iron.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed? 

Possibly! Please contact us at contact@norlha.com and we will do our best to help you with your order. 

Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number within three business days that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order. 

Q: Do you have a size chart?

Yes. You can find the size information on the product descriptions.

Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We have a strict no spam policy. We will not sell, rent, share, or distribute your email address to anyone without your express permission.
