YEAR OF THE WOOD SNAKE

The energy of the snake is strongly related to transformation. The snake sheds skin to renew itself, a powerful symbol of personal and spiritual evolution. On the other hand, wood as an element is associated with stability and connection with nature; the combination of snake and wood creating a special synergy that is both expansive and balanced, expressive and magnetic.

We have created the Wood Snake Set to embody the energy and wisdom of the coming Lunar New Year. The Wood Snake Set includes a hand painted Wood Snake Blessing, painted by artisan Lhagon Kyap, a handwoven braided pin with small golden bell, and the Handspun Dawn Neck Warmer in Natural Yak Golden Brown; a colour way specially created for the Wood Snake Set.
