Shipping policy

 

Norlha ships worldwide using international DHL. Please note, all orders will be sent directly from the Norlha atelier. Shipping can take seven to ten days.

All taxes and duties are paid, we guarantee no additional charges on delivery. In some instances the customer might be contacted by DHL customs to release the order and will be required to provide additional information - please email us contact@norlha.com if you require any assitance.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Norlha reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

Norlha ships to the shipping address provided by the customer. Norlha is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Norlha cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipments returned to Norlha Textiles as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request.
