PLACING AN ORDER

On placement of an order and receipt of that order by Norlha, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number. Norlha reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?

We try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Items that have been fulfilled and left the Atelier cannot to be cancelled. However, if they have not yet been fulfilled then please contact us at contact@norlha.com and we will do our best to help you.

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number within three business days that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order. 

DO YOU HAVE A SIZE CHART?

Each item of clothing has its own measurements which you can find linked on the product page.

Please note that we are only able to make approximately 300 pieces of clothing a year and so we encourage you to clearly check the measurements before purchasing.

ARE YOU ABLE TO DO A CUSTOM ORDER?

We are sometimes able to make pieces in the current collection to your specific measurements.

Custom orders start at an additional 20%.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Because Norlha’s Atelier is located in the remote village of Ritoma, please allow two weeks for shipping. We hope that your order arrives before this.

Tracking notifications will be sent within 3-5 business days after your order placement.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We ask that you email us within 10 days to return your piece.

Please note, we only make approximately 300 pieces of clothing a year and once returned we are currently unable to resell them. We encourage you to read all of the information and check the measurements before purchasing. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions contact@norlha.com

For returns, the product must be in its original condition. Norlha will reimburse the product costs. These costs will be reimbursed upon inspection of returned product. The customer is responsible for any customs cost, this cost may be recoverable by contacting your local customs office directly. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs - to reduce this cost for customers, Norlha has set up regional return outlets in various global locations:

Asia customers return shipping to Beijing, China.

USA customers return shipping to Seattle, Washington.

UK customers return shipping to London, United Kingdom.

France customers return shipping to Paris, France.

All other European customers return shipping to Switzerland.

All other global customers may return shipping to closest location above.
