Ode to Summer

There is a magic ten days on the plateau in mid-July that marks the height of the wildflower season. Even during their busiest time of year, young nomads will find the time to enjoy this fleeting moment where nature is at its most exuberant with water fights, dancing and singing, weaving flowers into garlands, picnicking and playing games. It doesn’t last long but everyone enjoys it while they can.
